STEAM Education:

1. Free Lesson Plans | Arts Integration & STEAM Lesson Plans – Arts Integration & STEAM provides many free lesson plans for grade K-12. It also provides many other resources and ways to create a STEAM Classroom Library. (Riley, n.d.)
2. What Is STEAM Education and Why Is It Important? - Center for Innovation and Education (spacefoundation.org) – Space Foundation provides reasoning on what STEAM education is as well as why it is important in a classroom setting. It provides resources and programs such as K-12 project-based curriculum and STEAM lesson plans, Girls in Space Program, Space camp, and Small Steps, Giant Leap, which is a monthly virtual STEAM program for pre-k and kindergarten learners. 3. STEAM Teaching Resources for Educators | Resilient Educator – STEAM Teaching Resources for Educators provides many different resources for educators. These resources include Activities and Projects as well as resources for Special Needs Students.  It also includes professional development links. 4. Resources for STEAM | Edutopia – Edutopia provides multiple links about the benefits of STEAM. It also provides links for project-based learning and STEAM, featured case studies, activities, and project ideas. (Resources for STEAM, 2016)
5. STEAM Curriculum and Projects | TinkRworks- TinkRworks provides educators with a resource center, projects, and even cloud-based coding environment. They provide projects for many different grade levels. One project they have is for grades 3-5 and it is called the TinkRbot.  (STEAM Curriculum and Projects, n.d.)
